Plain disclosure: Most listening tests, audio, question text, and answer keys on this site are collected, curated, and organised for practice. They are not fully original works of this site and are not officially licensed past-paper products. What we can reasonably claim is our method articles, site copy, and practice tooling, plus the work of arranging materials into timed, markable practice flows.

1. Who we are

https://ieltslisteningtests.com is an independently operated IELTS Listening practice and methods site run by an individual. We are not an official British Council, IDP, or Cambridge website, partner, or authorised reseller, and we do not guarantee band scores. “IELTS” marks belong to their owners and appear only to describe exam preparation.

2. Content tiers (as of July 2026)

For learners: treat the site as a curated practice desk + method notes—not an official paper shop and not “all original exams by us.” Do not resell or mirror packs.

Counts and availability can change as we curate or remove items. The on-page lists win over marketing copy.

4. What we do not claim

No official Cambridge / BC / IDP licence or “exclusive real papers” claim;
No guaranteed 1:1 match to any formal publication;
No score guarantees;
No packaging of third-party material as “wholly original exams by this site.”

5. Audio and external links

Hosted audio is for in-site practice—no bulk redistribution or abusive hotlinking;
External video links remain owned by their publishers;
Playback issues: refresh / network / browser; email the test ID if it persists.

6. Rights complaints

Include rights basis, exact URL/filename, contact details, and requested remedy. First reply usually within 48 hours (holidays may delay). We may remove pages, disconnect audio, or restrict access. Because banks are primarily curated, we prioritise cooperating with legitimate claims over arguing authorship of the underlying materials.

7. User limits

Allowed: personal prep, timed practice, intensive review;
Not allowed: commercial redistribution, wholesale resale, public mirrors, bulk scrape-and-rehost.
