By accessing or using IELTS Listening Score Insights (https://ieltslisteningtests.com), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

  1. The Site provides English-learning and IELTS listening-related content for educational reference.
  2. The Site is not affiliated with IELTS official organizations (including British Council, IDP, or Cambridge).
  3. Free online practice tests may be offered alongside optional paid digital products.

2. Paid Digital Products

  1. We may sell digital goods such as the IELTS Listening 64-Set PDF Pack (Scripts & Answers).
  2. Current public product page and price: https://ieltslisteningtests.com/pricing.html (price shown on that page, currently $1.99 USD, one-time payment).
  3. Paid products are delivered digitally (download) after successful payment. No physical shipping.
  4. Checkout is processed by our payment provider (Creem). Card data is handled by the payment provider, not stored on this Site.
  5. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases are one-time (not a subscription).

3. Refunds for Digital Downloads

  1. Because the product is a digital download, refunds are generally limited after the file has been successfully delivered.
  2. If payment succeeded but you cannot access the file, or the file is defective/corrupt, contact us at [email protected]. We will re-deliver the file or issue a refund after verification.
  3. We aim to respond within 3 business days (usually within 48 hours).

4. User Responsibilities

  1. You must use the Site lawfully and must not attack, abuse, or disrupt the service.
  2. You must not use the Site to infringe rights or violate laws.
  3. Paid digital files are licensed for personal study use. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or re-upload the paid PDF.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and payment pages (including Creem). Their content, policies, and processing are their own responsibility, except where we are the merchant for the listed digital product.
